NongKhai to UTH Airport Shuttle Bus?

Hello. I need to get from the NongKhai side of the Friendship Bridge to the Udon Thani airport.

 

Isn't there an airport shuttle van that costs around 200 baht that does this route?

I'm guessing that the four buses from Udon Thani Airport also pick up at the Bridge for the return - http://www.udonthaniairport.com/transportation/
