I've been using the online method but that is down right now. Last time I went in myself I take the prefilled TM47 form, copy of passport main page, current extension stamp page, departure card. 

 

Edit - as for the 'new information form' - I think that joke has passed and died.

 

If no need for info form then that's eventually good news but do it mean its not a demand for extension's either?

I did my extension 2 weeks ago ... not asked about 'information' form ...

The "new" alien information form is down the drain and not required anymore for any extension or 90 reporting etc.

Maybe they saw the light, but no guarantee how long it will last.

And no copies required (for now) for the 90 day reporting. But again nobody knows how long this will last.

Must have a big enough supply of paper to recycle at present

I did the 90 day report today. Only passport and previous slip needed.

 

Felt.

With the web site down perhaps they've worked out their work load is increasing and they are going back to fast and simple.

Maybe but IMO its more likely on the same line as waiving visa fees.......because  even if we long stayers spend peanuts we spend a bit more than a few packs on mama noodles in a two weeks period....but if not here...
