Advice needed

Can anyone tell me how much a copy /replacement birth certificate is ??

Also how much is the paper (don't know the name) which proves that they have never been married ??

I don't know how much a replacement Birth Certificate is, but it should not be to much. As far as a paper to prove you have never been married the farang gets that from his embassy and the cost is different for each country, all he does is swear out a statement that he has never been maried and then the embassy nortizeses it. The Thai partner does not need anything or at least my wife didn't, they only need something if they had been maried before, to show they are now divorced. Issangearge
