Can someone confirm if this is the correct location for Chiang Rai immigration office for visa waiver extension? Do I just need to bring a passport and 1900 baht (US citizen). I have 2 weeks left on my VISA, is it okay to go now? Thank you!

Where are you actually staying? If you are in the city of Chiang Rai  there is an office there. The contact telephone I use is 053175376. 

Telephone them tomorrow and ask them which office you will go to.
