Good Quality Car Battery

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have a 4 year old Honda Civic which I bought from new.

.

The original battery was replaced when I was conned once (another story).

The replacement batteries that I've had fitted at the Honda dealership fail after only a year (left me stranded on two occasions).

Where can I buy a decent quality battery that will last years?

I used to keep cars (second hand) in the UK for around 4 years on average and never had to replace a battery.

Good advice appreciate as to brand names and sales outlets, especially if good quality imported brands.

Thanks.

You could try a GS Super Diamond sealed so no top up.

Cost around 3.000bt that's after the 500bt they will give you for the old one. Price quoted is for a 3lt Fortuner so will be a lot cheaper for your Honda.

They don't last forever Due to the heat here, but you should get at least 3 + years life.

N/B they also have a light thing on the lid that'll tell you how it's faring Blue Ok orange 50/50 red it's buggered so plenty of warning before it's completely a goner.

They are sold everywhere. White Blue box.

Yuasa or something like that, 1600 Bht for Civic Maintenance Free. Just bought one.
