A little San Disc memory Drive Question...

    I just recently bought a 64 GB memory drive at Big -C for 500 something baht just to find out that it actually has only 58 GB?

 

        The next surprise after putting up a lot of software on it was that my 32-bit notebook sees it as a 4 GB memory stick with nothing on it?

 

           Plugged in my home PC, or the one I've got at school ( both 64 bit) show all. I remember that I've changed the File Format to NTFS after I bought it.

 

           What could be the reason for? Thanks  a lot for any advice, really deeply appreciated.
