Niflec is an FDA class S (Special Controlled) drug, and is only available with a prescription.  In practise that means you're going to have to get it from a hospital pharmacy.

Would normally get this from the facility that will perform the procedure.

 

In Thailand, many places just administer it on the day of the procedure, on site, having the patient come in several hours before the procedure is planned.
