Featured Replies

I picked these up at Friendship supermarket. Can someone tell me what's in them (especially the fish type):

The website included on your image lists a lot of their products and is in Thai and English.

Probably this one: Norwegian Atlantic Salmon Fillet

THAI  http://www.foodproject.co.th/portal/th/web/guest/products/seafood/fish/salmonfillet/N01010130273514

ENGLISH  http://www.foodproject.co.th/portal/en/products/seafood/fish/salmonfillet/n01010130273514

For some reason they've chosen to protect their website text from being copied, but the Thai language product description matches the one on your label image.

Mine is covered in batter though (the linked one appears not to be). Thanks regardless.

Fish sticks are similar to what we called fish fingers I think. In the UK they would state cod but here I think they might not specify.

Yea, Fish Sticks / Fingers are usually a white fish like cod, haddock or pollock , NOT salmon.  So my links (even though the Thai subtext matched) is probably wrong.

Couldn't find any Fish Stick listed on the website.
