'Go to top' arrow has gone missing

In the past few days I've noticed this has disappeared on both android and PC. I find it useful, so can it be restored?

I'm one of those who works mostly with the keyboard and I hit the home key to get back to the top, but I can understand the usefulness of the home icon or link at the bottom of the page. I have noticed, though, that this is generally getting out of fashion on websites.

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place

I am a 'mouse person', so... 

'Jump To' seems to be back today, for me anyway.

 

Still no sign of the home arrow though.
