for past week or so TOT internet has been down for the majority of each day .  Can anyone enlighten me as to why and what TOT is doing.  Cannot get anyone who speaks English to explain.   Many thanks

I am in Keha NaJomtien. No problems for me.

I am in Na Jomtien near the Water Park and my TOT Fiber has been perfect for that last two weeks, without a hiccup 

I've been gone for a few days, but near the Ambassador, it was working fine.  I'd suggest you call them.  I've done so many times in the past and they've always been responsive.

TOT have a local office in Ban Ampur they have people in there who can speak English and will explain or try to fix the problem, always found them very helpful.
