My playing partners have become mostly unavailable due to transfers and excessive work. Anyone need a player for regular Saturday or Sunday golf anywhere around Bangkok? I am high handicapper (but improving ) that enjoys the game and tries not to take it too seriously.

There are 2 regular Golfing societys in Bangkok that focus on Fun rather than win win win, try the Londoners Golf Society (http://www.geocities.com/londonergc2002/) who play ever other Saturday usually at Bangkapong Riverside and Lakeside, and also there is the Bangkok Wanderers (http://www.bkkbwgc.com/) who play regularly at Bangsai and as the name suggest, wander from Golf Course to golf course for other games. At both clubs there are players ranging from +2 to 28 so you would feel a home if you enjoy a good social game with the emphasis on Social

Thanks for the links. To be honest, I have found these types of groups rather cliquish and hard to break into. Maybe I will give it a try next month.

Understand what you are saying but I didnt find them at all like that, still go and very enjoyable

Also the Bulls Head are organising a Golf day this saturday (16th) down at Bangpakong, Full Brekkie, Round of Golf, Transport there and back, and a dinner when you get back, 2500 baht..if anything like previous encounters, very good laugh
