I'm referring to the little triangle in the Goolge search box for detailed inquiries , it's GONE!

Tried to force google.com but got always thrown back to G :Thailand

The option you describe appear and functions in my Google Chrome Browser - Google Mail web view

 

Hmm, I use Chrome too. Restarted PC several times. Thought it's another W10 foolish update

The triangle graphic displayed in-field is a script-run option only displayed on SOME google pages, such as GOOGLE MAIL or GMAIL.  The main page has an actual SETTINGS link in the footer area that provides access to options for search.

On Gmail searches

I have the big task of filtering 100+ conversations between myself and XYZ

The problem is that many emails were spread to other recipients who may have responded  A big Mess, Is there a way to eliminate all cc, bc and  forwarded emails, so there will be only bilateral dialogs? Displayed in one chronological string ready to be mailed or uploaded to G Drive  ( which I'm just trying to use)

 

PS I found the " minus" function in Gmail searches not reliable but this may be again my amateurishness
