Has anyone recently gotten a certificate of residence from the Nothaburi immigration ? If so are there forms you can download before to fill in and how long does it take (more then one day)

 

I know in the past they did not like to give off a certificate like that so I am thinking of going to the Dutch embassy to get it done. It will be more expensive and further away but a sure thing. Unless someone has gotten a certificate of residence recently. I need one to extend my drivers licence.
