Expired license

Featured Replies

I just noticed that my five-year drivers license expired six weeks ago. Am I screwed?

No just renew before 90 days are up and you will get 6 years, if after you will have to take test again, certainly in Loei other provinces may differ.

No problem, most DLT's allow up to 1 year & on renewal 5 years from birthday date,   take all the papers etc that you took last time to your local DLT.

Yep, you must do within a year or you will go back to square one...

Yes, you have one year to renew without additional tests.

Just take into account that at the moment you're driving without a valid DL.

Not in Loei only 90 days.

Ok, for minimiglia only. Rule is you have one year. According to one poster here in Loei you have 90 days. 2 options possible, both quite likely. Could be Loei is having its own rules or the poster is wrong.
