December 13, 200619 yr Having just returned to UK via BFV -BKK - LHR. I missed original connection flight as my 10.10 flight changed to 13.50 due to the flowers at Chang Mai !!!!! Makes a change from leaves on the line in the UK !!! Just thought I'd post it in-case it helps others using the great little airline. They sorted me out well and my minor crisis ended OK. Did however meet a tall man with glasses who was sensible in pre checking arrangements. MUST TRY THAT SOME TIME !!!

January 5, 200719 yr How True you are I went to Buriram on 28Th December returning 1st Jan Flight going was as stated but flying back was due to leave at 10:10 but it was changed to 13:35 NO ONE INFOMED US Booked out hotel on New Years Day at 8:00 taxi to airport only to find nobody there (still hungover and totally pissed off)was told flight had changed. Why did they not tell us when we left Bangkok on the 28th??????????
