Good luck with this Sophon, remember there are a few other forums out there aside from Thaivisa, one specifically for Pattaya, maybe posting at these as well will help you get the message out to more people and find homes for the dogs. TVs by far the busiest so I wouldn't get your hopes up too much with the other forums but certainly worth a try. :o

English Farang Lady, Perhaps if you have not done so already, you could try a notice on the boards at Carrefour, Foodland or Friendship.
