anyone looking for Valatan (Valsartan/Diovan) in Pattaya can get it in the Pharmacy on Newplaza, for 440 baht for 28 160mg tabs, it is much cheaper than any of the other Pharmacies who are looking for almost 800 baht, she initially didn't have it but upon my request was able to order stock at the right price.

still very expensive, but I guess better than your previous suppliers.
