sak yant- Is there a temple to get this done?

Hello fellow members,

 

I am looking for get sak yant done.  I do not want to go to some shop.  I am wanting to find a temple in Phuket if there is one to have this done.  I do know of the one in Bangkok but I will not be going to that area.  Is there temples that do this in Phuket?  If so, any information of where?
