A very interesting thought came up while reading this article. If one was looking for a convenience store and comes upon a Family Mart and 7-11 side-by-side, equal in size and all, which one would one be more inclined to go into? Personally, I will be leaning towards the 7-11, although I can't explain why. Is it the store layout - perhaps I am more used to the layout logic of a 7-11 store, something like that? I shall be asking my friends and colleagues and see what's what.
