Room cleaner for 1 day wanted

Featured Replies

A friend is renting out his condo and wants a cleaner with his/her own supplies to clean the small studio apartment. The condo admin. does not provide this service and cannot recommend anyone. Any referrals for a quick 90 minute job in Naklua please? No windows or laundry. Only bedroom and toilet. What is a fair rate? I am clueless. Thank you.

Try once and then could become regular if satisfied with the cleaner's work. Thank you.

350 baht max

Sounds good. Any recommendations? Thanks!

350 is the going rate in my condo but our cleaners are located on-site. Check with the local laundries in your building or nearby.

Hi

Have you  found someone yet ?

There is an older Thai lady that does some room cleaning ( she`s based soi 27 naklua )

Not used her myself but a friend did for occasional room cleaning, charge 200 baht a time, he was happy with the standard.

She hardly speaks any English, don`t know if that would be an issue. She seems a pleasant person.

I can give a way to contact her if you want.

Can provide a cleaner and after cleaning can do extra's, she can give you a happy day .....   she works in Nana during the day but can come see you during breaks and during her other activities.

^ You should have made it Walking Street .More believable .
