A new topic has been pinned in this forum, giving links to laws, regulations, police orders – official publications, in other words – relating to this forum.

Anybody who knows other related links is kindly invited to send them to me in a PM (personal message) or email, so that I may add it to the list.

One link I still see missing, for example, is to the Ministerial Order, or whatever, with the list of professions in which foreigners are not allowed to engage. I thought I saw such link in a post not too long ago and hopefully somebody still has it and will let me know. Any other link to official edicts related to Thai visas, residency and work permits are of course also most welcome.

Thank you, Mumbo Jumbo, for the information you PMed me about “Persons not permitted to enter the Kingdom”. Link now added to the pinned topic.

The text includes a mention of the “Alien Employment Act”, to which I would also like to give a link but can’t find it. Every help from browsing experts appreciated.
