South Pattaya Road, half way between Third Road, opposite the lake in front of the Pattaya City Resort Condo and just before the Kopai junction, there's a barn of a shop on the south side that has these folding beds for around 1500 baht. in fact the screen grab from google street view shows them just right of center, kerbside. They have mesh spring base rather than slatted wood and we stiffened it up with a sheet of plywood. The mattress also gets thin very quick so we bought a triple-folding one from Big C for around 800 baht.

Whatever you buy and wherever you buy it, please keep in mind the weight it can carry. 

The bed in the post above and the bed offered along South Pattaya are light-weight foldable beds and can carry up to 75-90kg

 

If you're looking on Lazada, try to look for 200kg; I saw one with more wheels, more reinforcement and 3-way foldable. 

On offer for THB 4,xxx including bed-linen.
