I am slowly making progress, but learning Thai is certainly not easy! Especially I am struggling to differentiate between (slang oriented) street Thai and "official" central Thai. I am in the south.
 

My friend: อยากไปนั่งรับลมทะเลกะใครสักคน
Some girl: ไปด้วยยยยยย
My Friend: น้องสาวพี่ขอมาก้อนะ ค่อยไปแต่ไม่พา
Some girl: เอ้าาาาาใจร้าย

My friend wants some company for his holiday, a girl wants to join, then my friend says something rude (his gik seems insulted?)? Hehe.. I asked him, but his English is terrible
Cannot understand this part:

น้องสาวพี่ขอมาก้อนะ ค่อยไปแต่ไม่พา

 

Anyone care to give it a shot?

Online translation tools give a variety of different suggestions, but none really makes sense. Weird because the structure seems simple:

You are asking to come,

ค่อยไป means to go after doing something else. so maybe it means, I will go in my own time, not take you.
Could that mean that since she is pleading she can make her own way there? She is not the special person for whom he would go out of his way to take.

go (in some way) but not take(someone) is what I think.

I have heard ค่อยไป in use -  never quite understood it: thank you for sharing!
I thought at first he was referring to some other nong sao, hence her reaction;) . As I understand น้องสาว  can mean [Young lady/close relative or friend] as well as [young(er) sister], but your translation makes more sense. Still not sure if can understand it entirely. I showed my GF and she just said: don't become thai, I hate that gik business. Haha.

Anyway.. I love this forum thread.. I am a thai language 'sponge' these days and come across many weird and colorful phrases, idioms, metaphors.. sometimes not easy to find good translations. But in this forum I find so many interesting and helpful posts from friendly and helpful people.

มาก้อนะ to go first

ค่อยไป eventually we'll go

แต่ไม่พา but we won't take you (this is mean but in a playful way)

So taking the whole exchange, อยากไปนั่งรับลมทะเลกะใครสักคน he makes a plea for someone to go with him.
This girl offers ไปด้วยยยยยย
He says he has some one to go with him. น้องสาวพี่ขอมาก้อนะ
She doesn't like it เอ้าาาาาใจร้าย

So why did he say ใครสักคน if he already had someone ?
Even allowing for Facebook it doesn't make sense to me.
