Songkran - over?

Featured Replies

Im returning to BKK today - is there anywhere still doing water fights etc?  Suk 22?  Silom?  Cowboy?

I realise official dates are over and noted KSR has been restricted to 2 days this year.  Just checking before I don the Songkran outfit.

It's still going on Sunday.

Suspect it will calm down tomorrow.

Silom - Thur, Fri, Sat only between 12 and 8pm.

It finished yesterday.

To be safe, give it another week. Trust no one before sundown. Even then... try to appear Thai. It'll go easier on you. (Tongue-in-cheek alert)

And dont forget that Songkran over the river in Ratburana, will be continuing for much of this week. So if you are doing visa stuff at Immigration bear this in mind and wear your wellies and macintosh!
