Hunt on for four who escaped from juvenile centre

Authorities continued to hunt for four juveniles who escaped from the Juvenile Observation and Protection Centre of Narathiwat province on Saturday evening, while 12 other escapees were recaptured the same night.

 

The 16 youths ran out of the gate of the centre located in Tambon Khok Khien in the Muang district of Narathiwat province at around 8pm on Saturday. 

 

Twelve of them hid in the nearby wooded area but centre officials aided by police and soldiers recaptured them.
