Places like Tukcom are probably the best. Can i suggest you look at the Huawei M3 8.4 in tablet, better IMO and is cheaper. Can also get them both (new) via Lazada.

I wonder if the Huawei is capable of sim card data as well as the WiFi as My friend is looking for a WiFi and Sim card data model?

 

I looked at Lazada but dont see any info on the Link herein, maybe I have missed it as most of it is in Thai

Yes the Huawei M3 can be had with sim card and would be my choice as well in that size. I think I read somewhere that they sell them in Tukcom if you are in Pattaya.
