Phuket rental agent fees

I have been looking at renting my condo in Phuket. We have an agent who says they have someone interested but the agent is asking for 15% fees of the annual rental. In Bangkok we have a couple or rental condos and all the agents charge 1 months rent for finding a tenant.

 

The agent in Phuket says every agent charges 15% which seems high as it's just under 2 months rent. Is this correct .

Typical is one month rent on year contract.

Normally 1 month fee for one year contract.

( i rent out several houses via different agencies and that's what i pay for the first year)
