Seems impossible to make an appointment during the on-line application process for Thai applying for UK tourist visa.  

All other parts of the application process are fine until you get to this last stage.

 

Every date and every time over next 6 weeks - unavailable!  This morning a new date became "available" (i.e. text no longer faded out but in bold and clickable to select times)  but again every time I choose I get the same message - "The appointment you have chosen is no longer available. Please choose another time. 

 

Of course there is no phone number anywhere to call!!

Anyone else had this experience?  

How can one possible proceed?
