Video: Who believes the driver who says he didn't know he collided with a motorbike?

A little more on the "undertaking" discussion. I am British and we have always referred to overtaking on the wrong side as undertaking, it makes sense (to me anyway) that if passing one one side is overtaking, then passing on the other side must be undertaking. Having said that, i undertake in Thailand, you have no choice when a driver hogs the outside lane for mile after mile, just need to be extra vigilant.
