Looking for house for rent long term

Featured Replies

Hello everybody

Me (68), my Thai wife (46), a puppy and two cat are looking for a suitable home.

Presently we are staying in the Khao Yai Area and we would prefer to stay in Nakhon Rachasima province.

So, if you can offer a nice house in a quiet area or if you know of somebody who could, then please PM me.

A two bedroom house with one or two bathrooms would be fine. My budget allows a rent of max. 15.000 Baht.

Thanks a lot for your kind reply.

I live in Mukdahan now but many years ago I spent a most enjoyable time

in Pak Chong. I lived there for about 11 months (for work) and found it to

be wonderful. Not quite a city but certainly a bustling little town.

The traffic in the centre was awful, but now a bypass has been built I am

sure it is quieter.

I rented a "cheapish" apartment near the fire station, but friends of mine

rented a house which was far from expensive. I am sure a drive around there

with your wife may offer you some good deals at today's prices.

Just giving you an option and somewhere to think about

Thank you, CelticBhoy, yes Pak Chong is a good place to live.

Now we live about 20 km south of Pak Chong towards Khao Yai National Park.

It's a nice location but there are many issues with the house we're renting,

that's why we are looking for an alternative, preferably renting a house from a nice farang

or from very reasonable Thais.
