elite hang outs in Pattaya

Looking for cool places to hang out after dark in Jomtien and Pattaya in general, french corners or something like that.   where you can sit and have a drink with free appetizers.

Especially attractive to the something for nothing crowd....Sounds like a great place for the digital nomads to hang out for the Wi-Fi & freebies....

   Quite a few "elites" hang out there I would imagine (maybe even some French ones).

a few of the gentlemans bars used to offer free food. viper was great on a thrusday and rioja good on a sunday. going back a bit winchester on tuesdays. a 2000thb budget could cover a few beers, a good feed and some lovin.  can anyone give an update on what day of the week is good for the gentlemans clubs?

Easy. The gogos often have parties with free food. They are elite places to meet.

With the crackdown on clubs with ST rooms I am not sure if Rioja and Winchester are even open anymore.

But we can tell you where to eat for free .........

.....look at bar with balloons hanging around ......

you will find your fellow cheap Charly's and have a fun evening.

I think I just got disappointed by recent posts, properly there are no elite places in Pattaya everybody is into something here.

Since no one else is doing it, perhaps you can give it a try.  Open up an "elite bar" with free food and see what happens.

There seems to be a contradiction in looking for a high end place (I assume that's what you mean by elite) but you want freebies. And "appetizers"  are something meant to stimulate the appetite for a meal to follow. Maybe you meant bar snacks but thought it would sound more sophisticated to call them appetizers or, even better, hors d'œuvres.

 

I'm sure some hotel bars will give you a dish of stale peanuts with your Beer Chang (and charge you 3 x the normal price for the beer).
