"Sunplay" over 50yr community- Bangsaray

I have seen the website of a "retirement" community near Bangsaray. Of course the computer graphics makes the place look wonderful...but no prices of the condos are not listed. Does anyone know about this place?  (I do not want to hear the sales pitch from the Sunplay agency. Just want to know if it is built and any details one may know. 

(Note: Do not need ones opinion how they would never live in a "village" for seniors. Just as I will not give my opinion how living in a condo in Pattaya has its disadvantages.)

This is something for which I have long seen a huge potential demand here that was apparently totally unfulfilled. I know many farangs who would be delighted to live somewhere without the benefit of families and party-people and other noise-makers, and I am one.

 

Just to clarify, an over-50s residence is not an old peoples' home or assisted accommodation or a nursing home. It's just a place where people under 50 are not allowed to live, which sounds pretty good to me.

personally i would say there is no way they could sustain the clubhouse promised unless its open to the public and very nice. 

very unlikely they have even broken ground, but i speculate.

 

renders are very well done however.

 

i would approach with caution and first determine who is behind BANGSARAY PROPERTY CO LTD.

But I hope under 50's are allowed to visit.  It would cramp my style if I'm limited to hookers 50+ years old :)
