I have not looked yet, but you think i could go further with my case, Its just the fact my wife said everything apart from Bio-metric and it doesn't say Bio-metric on the card  or BRP.

Their has to be someone to report issues to outside of Learn direct who runs the tests, They cant self govern

I doubt very much that the Government would care given their reaction the recent events in London are anything to go by.
