New Honda Civic English Manuals

Featured Replies

So Mrs J has now had her RS more than three months. Several times we have chased the seller for the promised english manuals and we just get excuse after excuse. So I gave up and wrote direct to Honda Thailand (Customer Service Dept), on 22nd June explaining our problem.

On Tuesday my wife received a phone call from Honda, to confirm the problem. On Thursday another phone call from them to ask if we would like the manuals EMS'd direct to us or sent to our dealer... that question didn't really need asking!!

Today Mr Postman came .... so if anyone is still waiting for the New Civic Manuals (English editions) a letter direct to Honda maybe the way forward. A little light reading now ....

The Benchmark for a Good Honda Dealer. Place the Order and the book comes via Mr Postman before the Car arrives. Hondas Hua Hin and Phitsanulok are brilliant. Toyota Ubon Rat were just as good re everything but the Spivo wasnt, 12 years ago though admittedly.Nowdays i never look at them, dealers just call me for service. My days of faffing about are over.

Must admit that like you I don't faff about now.

But with the new lumps a book is essential. I have now received my New Spivo book. Haven't looked through it fully but have noticed that it needs once a month to be put in 4x4H for 16km to oil/grease the front axle.

Lots more I have no doubt but still have to go through the rest of the 632 pages.

Not forgetting the 202 pages separate book on how to work the comp:/Satnav set up.

Bugger me you have to be an IT Guru just to drive a new lump now.
