Dear members,

I have recently resettled in Bangkok.

i am looking for woodworking workshop sharing their space and tools for individuals or groups for developing projects.

i have search on web but if such workshop had existed it does not seem to be continued.

I will be happy to develop such facilities but need expertise for doing so.

Waiting for your feedback, suggestions and counsel.

I also searched for such a facility several years ago with no luck.  Thais generally look down upon any form of manual labor, including carpentry and woodworking, not really looked at as suitable for a hobby.. Most craft work here is done to earn a living, not for creative satisfaction.

A friend in Chang Rai just renovated his own home, doing most of the work himself simply because he enjoys doing it.  His neighbors could not understand why he was doing the work and not paying laborers to do it...A rumor quickly spread around his village that he was broke.
