Do any of you know where I can buy fresh sage ? 

try Tops in Central or Villa. Villa will often have 2 brands.... 1 imported at a ridiculous price and the other local to Thailand which is much more affordable. 

 

I like basting the large bone in pork chops with butter with a couple of sage leaves in it.

Yes have seen it in Villa Market in Chalong and occasionally in Big C in Jungceylon.
