Help Identifying Euro Auto Make Model and Year

Hello, I am trying to identify the model, make and year of the attached photo. I thought perhaps some of the European forum members might be of help since the car was seen in Italy but that does not mean it was produced there. Any help would be appreciated and I am sorry for the picture quality but it is all I have. The car is similar in size to a Mini Cooper. Thanks in advance.

The badge on the front looks like the British Leyland/Austin Rover...so Mini something ?

Possibly a 'British Leyland' Mini Clubman.
