I'm heading South next month, and I need a book. Does that branch have a good selection?

There are always e-books in a pinch. All the classics are pretty much free at the Amazon kindle store and app-able. And plenty in the public domain. If you have a smartphone, you can read them.

I don't think there is a branch of Asia Books in Surat Thani. There's a B2S in Central Plaza, but I suspect that's your lot. Selection of books in English is limited.

 

As suggested above, you're better off investing in a Kindle.

H'mmm my Sat Nav shows one, I prefer old fashioned books.

Well their website doesn't list one and I don't remember one, but I'm sure your Sat Nav is right!

 

I used to say I preferred old fashioned books too until I tried a Kindle.
