I've recently came back from europe and have purchased T-Shirt transfer paper but realized that 

it was quite pricey. 15 GBP for 10 sheets of transfer paper. Is there anywhere in bangkok where i could

buy T-Shirt transfer paper for cotton shirts for a lot cheaper or in bulk?

Office Mart used to sell it.

Office Mate has a selection, and there are a few vendors in Fortune Town that have a better selection.  Or you can get some on Lazada.com or AliExpress.com.

 

Be careful, though to select the right type for your printer (regular inkjet, dye sub inkjet or laser) and the T-shirts (cotton or poly, light or dark).
