Buying A Honda City

Recommended Posts

Only negative I've heard relates to the CVT. Although they are smooth and efficient, I've heard that Honda rumors that Honda are going to return to a more conventional automatic transmission for the next generation Jazz and City. Not sure if this is true or not, but there were suggestions that this was because of reliability issues.

Honda automatic gearboxes seem to come under fire more than their fair share anyway, so conventional or CVT might make little difference. (If it's a manual then I'd say go for it, Honda make some of the sweetest shifting manual boxes there are.)

In any case it is a nice little car, and very economical.
