Can somebody please recommend a good reliable fixed rate taxi service from Bangkok to Hua Hin?
I'm looking for a good driver in a relatively new car.

I have done three trips to Bangkok since January 2017 and the first time it was a Nissan Teana and the driver was texting and speaking on a non hands free on the phone for about 25% of the journey. Cost Baht 2000 no tip.
After that I insisted on safer drivers and things changed dramatically. Cost Baht 2000 and I gave. 10% tip as my family and I will be regular users. Just be firm on the safety angle.

I use Mr. Roong (Roogsayam Yusaby) also.  Never had a problem and I've always done Bangkok - Hua Hin round trip 4,000 Baht.  He (or one of his drivers) will collect 3,000 after the first leg then the last 1,000 after the return leg.
