  1. He wasn't able to fill out accommodation details whereas I've always been able to do that (using Firefox on Win11).
  2. What window are you referring to? Bangkok appears to be max 15, min 7 days before due whereas others are max 15 until due date. In person you can be up to 7 days late.
  3. I'm slightly different as I've registered an account in the (Thai) owner's name/ID and use it to do my notification, and as far as I can tell there is nowhere on the registration or submission which requires her home (blue book) address. I don't even know it.
  4. That is acknowledging receipt of your submission only and not (yet) approval/rejection. You'll get another email when it's approved or rejected. You can also check status on the system where another pdf will appear showing the approval with the officer's details etc and status changes as shown.
  5. Have you tried them recently?
  6. Good to see he's got 41 heart broken and a couple of thumbs down even in the short period they've been active.
  7. I think the OP can expect many thumbs down reactions now. The heart broken as sad does not appear as negative to me, and despite the wailing a negative reaction is often needed.
  8. On the paper TM6 you entered the re-entry permit number. I intend to do the same on the electronic version.
  9. There's no 2.5% fee, they make that clear elsewhere, but the wording in the snip I posted makes me think they're loading the rate to make their money so not ideal.
  10. 11. You failed in your "gotcha" so now trying to be funny? Don't give up your day job.
  12. You also didn't realise you should read all 5 posts before trying to be smart.
  13. The video is nothing like the actual process. Granted it's two weeks old and the process is being developed, but better to work it out for yourself than go by what's shown above. Read the linked threads.
  14. Transfer fee is currently being discounted but it's unclear if this only applies to Thais. https://aseannow.com/topic/1357817-is-there-currently-a-discount-on-property-transfer-tax-at-land-office
  15. I arrived two weeks ago and yes, it was still available. It's not in the "old" place between the main arrival halls but instead is part of these same halls. I came from the west side of the terminal (Concourses E/F/G) and when you arrive at the ramp go to the far side of it and there's an area roped off labelled "Priority". Your boarding pass may be checked there. At the top of the ramp go to your right and you'll see the auto gates and just beyond these are the manned priority gates.
  16. 🤡🤡🤡🤡
  17. If you do go to MBK, I've been told the business named NASA has the best prices. You can check the prices on Facebook.
  18. The thread has been lying dormant for 6 years, what do you expect?
  19. As others have said, closed. Nothing permanent looking in the space but rows of table and chairs were in there as of a couple of days ago.
  20. I've just realised the article was from almost exactly a year ago (I thought April 2025 when I posted). There was a much more recent announcement, with similar figures IIRC, but can't remember if it stated it was exclusively for Thais this time. ETA: Here it is: https://property.bangkokpost.com/financing-and-advice/2998331/thailands-cabinet-approves-property-fee-cuts-to-support-struggling-sector-official-says
  21. Last week in the BP. https://www.bangkokpost.com/property/2773808/cabinet-endorses-property-stimulus
  22. Many airlines will book with a partner/codeshare to allow a single ticket purchase eg Qatar from Chiang Rai to London as per the pic. Saves you going with the likes of Kiwi who you don't want to have to deal with if anything goes wrong.
  23. What I see is: "+" package is ~ 10 baht/min (including subscription) "003" package is ~ 4 baht/min (including subscription) "00500" package was 2.5 baht/min but the AIS webpage detailing it says it expired in 2018 "005" package is 10 baht/min Where did you see the 2.5 baht/min cost?
