You'll do an almost 7 hours transit once, but I bet you won't do it again. Too short to book a room or go visit something, but far too long to tolerate even if you could get a drink.

Just looked at one. Made by Singha so should be easy enough to track down.

You need to give more details about the airline, routing, dates etc to allow people to fully assess what you've been offered. Booking.com have been around for a while and are part of the same group as Priceline, Agoda and more so a reasonable reputation. You can probably check their reviews on line.

Jomtien is correct according to my contact.

I'm not disagreeing as that's what I recall the notice at Hua Hin Bus Station saying too, just pointing out the web booking portal contradicts this and I for one don't know which is correct. I've got a contact at Roong Reuang I'll ask.

I saw it at the bus station at the Hua Hin end at the weekend too and think it mentioned Pattaya rather than Jomtien, but the website seems to differ, for now anyway. Nua would suit me better. Yes a coach, but roomier and more comfortable than the ones that go to Ekkamai or the airport.

Getting off a 10 hour flight as drunk as a skunk and unable to spell car let alone drive one sounds better to me.

In a recent case near me a guy (also German) died in his condo and on arrival the police removed the friends who had found the body from the room while they took first choice of the contents. No sort of receipt was offered.

Interesting. I logged in and took a dummy transaction from USD to THB all the way through to the payment stage so it looked possible, but not 100% sure. -
It's going to Jomtien going by the booking engine (although I'm sure a mate said to me the other day when he looked it showed the bus station on Nua). Fare as shown in the screenshot although there's an online booking fee too. From my experience a week or two ago you'll only be able to book at the office in Jomtien 2 days in advance maximum (sign on the counter says 1 day). 10:30 departure from Hua Hin IIRC. 23 seater which means the VIP bus with 3 seats across.

Never tried it but their home page lets you see an example if you select the respective currencies so it seems extremely likely. -

Wise allegedly haven't got his money, that's the problem, so knowing the route it should have taken may help track down the root cause. -

Are you using funds in a Wise multi-currency account to (attempt to) pay for the transfer, or bank transfer, debit card, credit card or some other method? What value of transaction, what originating currency, what bank in Thailand? -

Xendpay is one, but tell us what's "not working" about your Wise and maybe somebody will suggest a solution. -
