  1. Give me sec .... Got another delivery coming ...
  2. Or my MG ZS Plenty in all the batteries for devices that anti EV'ers use ... shh Batteries in EV ... bad Batteries in everything else ... good
  3. For protein intake ... short & long version Short Long
  4. I tried stevia also ... sucks 1 tsp / 4.2gr of sugar isn't going kill anyone, as all of 16 calories. I started drinking coffee black, then after awhile tried my usual sugar amount added (2 tsp / 400ml) and really tasted sweet. Now just drink it black. Don't even add sugar to Cappuccino when having. You might want to try a darker roast coffee, as not as bitter, so don't need the sugar. Although less caffeine, the darker the roast.
  5. Just another under performer from the USA F source X source
  6. I wouldn't want to drive these POS either ...
  7. No need to register to read. CEO won't even drive his own crap ... wake up people. "Ford CEO Loves Daily Driving an Electric Sedan from a Chinese Competitor Ford CEO Jim Farley admitted he has been driving a Xiaomi SU7 for six months and said he "doesn't want to give it up." Besides Tesla, has any US auto maker, (or any) done this .... ... "The Xiaomi SU7 was met with such popular demand in China that it reportedly sold out of its entire 2024 production run on the first day. In fact, Xiaomi is said to have sold 100,000 units before the first model was even delivered." CN always accused of stealing tech. What do think Ford R&D are going to do with that Xiaomi. Well, might have to order another one, if CEO doesn't give it up.
  8. Expats ... How about everyone, everywhere, worldwide. Just get a full check up every year or so. Way too cheap in TH, not to stay on top of your health. Common sense rules. Know what the 'normal #s' are and simply stay in the heathy range. Far from rocket science.
  9. Most recommend 1.6gr per 1gr body weight. Better 2gr per 1gr body weight. 2 X 80 = 160gr protein daily for me. Here's a ball park idea of gr per 100g: Not all charts agree. Thiis one agrees with another I saw; beef 260 per kg
  10. Some = very few considering the size of USA, 19X larger than TH. TH has 1 large metro, USA has a few more. Apples & Orange Only 3 of 50 stated added up have more people than TH - wiki 2 of the states are larger than TH - wiki
  11. I hope so, at least most of the time, since rainy season still winding down. Y'all might get a bit more, Sun/Mon. Still raining down here/PKK, occasionally, though they do seem to burn stuff, on the dry days, and understandable. We do the same, with our trash, maybe 1 day a month though, if that, since we don't produce much at all.
  12. Yea ... I've compared some of the procedures I've had done here, to cost at Philly, PA, USA area (hometown) and the prices are eye watering Last procedure done, took all of 11 minutes, once prepped, cost $6500 USD here/Hua Hin govt hospital, w/12 hr stay in ICU for observation. Estimate quote for same, at Philly ... $50k-100k USD Simple things like X ray, ultrasound, blood test, colon/endoscopy, EKG are all just silly priced. A full yearly check up here, Xray, blood work, EKG, full abdominal ultrasound, etc, cost ~$300 here, Philly, would be a few $1000 Even when I lived in USA, I never had health insurance, and simply paid out of pocket if having on oops or issue. Never a burden, and simply pocket change. 1 dog was a different story, and more than a few $1000, but had to put her back together with a few pins, plates & screws
  13. Not playing your silly game. My wife is the complete opposite of all your prejudice thoughts. Talking to ignorant bigots outside of TH, of nothing they have experienced ... guess next you'll suggest me to watch MSM for my news, opinions, and how to live Have a nice day
  14. Yea, left decades ago, before ACA, and the silly priced healthcare. Use to go to the doc & drug store, and it would cost about the same as most 'insured' people's copayment now. And that's without the silly mandatory, monthly insurance premiums. Trump tried to axe ACA, but he is only 1 person. Thankfully stopped that, mandatory insurance or get fined/taxed. Telling people that have to buy something is simply wrong. Did you know in some states, a pharmacist is not even allowed to tell the customer, once their medical or insurance card is presented, that if they pay cash, the generic version is cheaper than their copayment ? Again, they wouldn't need to silly monthly insurance premiums. 12 months of those could easily pay for many people's healthcare needs. Another reason I'm in TH. That wasn't a thing before ACA.
  15. In my world, all people are basically the same, most. Your example, just shows your prejudice IMHO. You'll find different traits, such as the ones you listed in all men & women, worldwide, not just Thais. Only morons are ashamed of their skin color, and fall into the silliness "I'm ashamed to be born white or whatever". YouTubes of, are great for comic relief. "Oh, sorry for my white privilege" ... priceless There was a time, when the brainwashing worked, though always on the weak minded. Remember the 50s, when our once a week house cleaner was asked by my mother, "What's the one thing you would like in life?", and shocked the hell out of me with his answer, as was expecting some new toy / possession ... "To have been born white". Thankfully, times have changed, in most civilized places.
  16. What does that have to do with topic, 'Musk support of Trump and conflict of interest' ? What does that have to do with Trump ? Simply big pharma price gouging. Why hasn't biden/harris administration addressed it ? You can blame the worsening, expensive healthcare system on obama. When ever anything is mandatory to have/provide, the price skyrocket. Amazing, biden / harris administration coming to an end soon (hopefully not), and everything is still Trump's fault. Just another Musk / Trump bashing thread with no facts. Carry on 2024 ... HARRIS ... 2024
  17. WSJ & NYT ... Trump has stated, he's not exactly an BEV fan, so no conflict w/Tesla, quite the opposite. See below photo Space X proved they can get the job done, when NASA can't, even though contracted to do so, at 2X the cost awarded to Space X. Boring Co ... successful business other's can't do as good. X ... free speech, part of the US Constitution. Not seeing any conflicts, just benefits to the American consumer.
  18. It's a stimulant, all drugs are. If it stimulates hallucination, then as stated, Nana might not be the best place. Especially if taker is prone to a bit of paranoia, so crowds best avoided. Nana is weird enough when straight ...
  19. As good as PKK's govt hosp is, (no private hosp here / Muang), I had a semi emergency medical oops, and after a quick 'stabilization', they transported me to HH Hosp for a very quick procedure, which couldn't be done at PKK Hosp. Apparently not immediately life threatening, since procedure done about 2 hrs after getting to PKK Hosp, (and <12 hrs in ICU for observation), but without it being done at HH Hosp, could have been a bit debilitation, or at least, cramping my style ... or not I self checked out next day, so all of 24 hrs of care Anyone considering Amphur Muang, Prachuap Khiri Khan for retirement, think again if having any major health issues, and get 'FULL' med check up, before deciding. Make sure no issues lurking
  20. That's a different opinion, or what is dated on this recent thread
  21. And yet, some areas starting to hit the unhealthy #s this month already, and that will last until the rains in May.
  22. Agree, the city never did anything for me. Visited a couple times, abet, 20 yrs ago, but thought the same. The countryside on the other hand, is lovely, and actually only have a deeper appreciation for it, the last 4 years, as got to see a lot of it, with clear skies, during rainy season & cusp of, along with no tourist.
  23. Don't know what the size of an embassy has to do with the air in CM. There's an US embassy in Iraq, I wouldn't live their either, or plenty of other places. Almost like saying ... 'A lot of ignorant people live/work there, so it must be nice'. I worked at EWR & DTW airports (Newark & Detroit), a couple of the busiest airports in the USA, that doesn't mean I'd enjoy living there. Besides, most of the staff at US embassy, are not US citizens. Correct when stating 'need to work' there, as I needed to work at EWR & DTW, but not my 1st or 50th choice, if better options were available, and left both ASAP. Typical non America reply, and I'm be kind
