I agree, good for USA & world ... ... bad for me, if repeat ... low COLA & exchange rate. World ... less wars & deaths, hopefully 😎

Damn I'm good. My guesstimate without those swing states: Harris will have ~223 ... NV & MN usually goes Dem (6 & 10) lost that and Trump will have ~242 ... took GA & PA (16 & 19) WI 10 GA 16 PA 19 MI 15 AZ 11 Oh crap ... that changed while I was typing

Oh crap ... she might be in trouble

Implication of USD rocketing from 'previous post'... Yea ... 1.5% isn't exactly rocketing, for us in TH. USD always goes up after election, I think, as now no mystery in who will be pres.

couple emojis on my previous posts The West Coast + NV alone will add 80 votes to Harris Unless a lot of Dems abandon Harris, my previous post should be accurate. 2024 ... HARRIS ... 2024

By my calculation, Harris will have ~223 and Trump will have ~242 without these swing states ... ... states Trump both won & lost in 2016 & 2020 WI 10 GA 16 PA 19 MI 15 AZ 11 TTL of 75 votes to play with, Harris will need ~47 Trump will need ~28 AZ w/11 should go to Trump, considering Immigration issues.

Didn't tell me anything I didn't already know, or post earlier about. Most states allow abortions, and some, even up to 20 months or more. How anyone can justify killing a baby at that term, is mind boggling, and murder in my mind. Unless circumstances dictate, of course.

Irrelevant to your post, but I really don't trust AI for info. If a topic I cared about, I'd research and post more. Only posted to counter the BS that I quoted, and possibly learned something in the process. Abortions seem to be readily available, which I knew, as Roe vs Wade's reversal, really didn't change much, except for a minority of states. I didn't know about their availability in late stages of pregnancy. Which I'm guessing those who only watch MSM, probably think abortions are banned in most states 🙄 The ignorance of the voters is truly staggering. Abortion as an issue, is simply a DISTRACTION, IMHO

Yep ... red tipped tail is the give away 👍 Probably Vogel version, and endemic to TH only. Other version (Sumatra) located in extreme south.

IMHO, X / Musk, literally saved free speech. Everything was so censored before he bought X. Now there's a platform that is not controlled by the govt & special interest groups. YouTube is total sh!t now, as Rogan & Musk point out. Great interview 👍👍

I usually do link things, especially if a subject that interests me, as if not, the snowflakes, or person losing the argument, will have it deleted. Or I'll do a screenshot, with the url in it, and my usual with screenshot use. That was AI generated info, and first time I ever did a screenshot of that, I think. Just peeked, and actually no link available, although the 'info' had a bunch of links verifying what was stated, I guess.

Yea, I was paying shy of $4k a year in RE Taxes for a house I already owned, and 25+ yrs ago. Most of, school taxes for 20 years, and I never had kids I guess that paid for my free public school education. That alone, US RE taxes (฿10k a month), is half my comfy living expense budget here now. If not all bought in, that ฿10k a month would pay for a nice rental, out of a metro area. ฿15k and can have a 3 bdrm townhouse surfside here, or there was one for rent a while back, but didn't take dogs. BEVs are way more expensive in US, and my solar system, would cost 3X what it cost here. Our house would have cost at least 5X as much in the US, since only 4 kms from the surf. That sh!t starts to add up fast. Buddha forbid if you need to see a doc or have health issues. On topic ... though not entirely endorsed, but abortions are accessible & inexpensive in TH, or so I'm told.

Buying a house without using a lawyer
KhunLA replied to OnTheLash's topic in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
Might want to lead with that next time. Save people from replying, as you have more experience at the land office than most members on AN. Makes me wonder why you even asked. -
I guess I give people a bit more credit than you do. Is it really that hard to Google ... "us state law abortion allowed 3rd trimester" I think the screenshot gives more info than needed. Unless of course you think I actually created the screenshot, typed all that on a black background. Is that what you're really implying ... no source, must be fake You guys are a crack up ... source or link. Instead of just admitting, Muslim / Sharia Law isn't more liberal than some, most states, possibly. I guess I should have asked for a link or source for that post .... AH ... FAKE NEWS ...

This is way too cool, and easy to build. Whether as backup, or to supplement your PEA/MEA bill. For back up, you wouldn't even need solar panels, though limited to 5kWh. Can charge off the grid, house outlet, and have when needed. For reference, we use 8kWh overnight (14 hours) with 13k BTU running 6 hrs, along with 65" TV, 2 laptops & 2 frigs. Frigs running for all 14 hours, the rest, just 6 ish hrs.

There's a few apps that will accomplish that, though never used. I've seen text removed/pixelated out with background colors. Better but sill annoying. Not sure how good any of the apps work. List of them on Google if search for.

More liberal or more brutal ? Not much of a surprise, as they seem to have no value or respect for life. Not sure what Muslim / Sharia law has to do with USA politics and state laws. Edit: seems most (allowing abortions) do allow abortions in 3rd trimester. That's quite the surprise. May be restricted for health reasons, as didn't read the particulars, since I don't care. Kind of makes you wonder what people are crying about. With few state exceptions, you can kill your baby in most states up to about 20 week or 4 or 5 months. Not much of a political issue, with or without Roe vs Wade. ... DISTRACTION ...
