    That stopped years ago. It will be valid 10 years from date of issue. And there is no limit to how early you can apply., not that you actually have any reason to do so.

    You mean PR? I have read that PR holders need not worry about a TM30 but given the whole TM30 system is a shambles it can hardly be predicted what an individual office might decide is needed.

    Possibly but not definitely. It's been happening more often lately. If you can find an "agent" to handle everything you can avoid it.

    It's possible but you'll have to come to Laos and apply for an e-visa while in the country. Then go to the embassy and pay for it then wait until they issue the visa which will not likely happen overnight. A border run for a new entry (it's not an extension) might be better but to Laos you may still need to stay 2 nights in the country, not the worst thing you could do tbh.

    Food to avoid, yes, anything nice! Fortunately once the drugs kick in that issue diminishes. Thai doctors always warn against chicken, something they never did in the UK.

    I have taken it for years and in the beginning it took several weeks before it had an effect on my uric acid levels, did you do a blood test already? I take now 300mg once a day. No gout for years.

    The only thing available to me is the "bond record" letter which may satisfy their needs. I know "statements" exist for other ns&I products but I never saw one for premium bonds. As for registering for the adviser online service I imagine that won't be straightforward.

    Think that ban was lifted some years ago. But anyway Thai Lion is fine, used them a lot, never crashed once.

    So he gave them the TM7 and all the needed documents? And what, they just gave it all back? And sent him home?

    Does your friend actually meet the requirements to obtain a new extension? Retirement? There is nothing to be done with the e-visa system relating to an extension.

    The app? I have K biz and can use it on my laptop, tablet and phone via a browser but when I tried with the actual app I got the foreigner cannot message.

    Neither option requires insurance. Getting the non O before arriving avoids one extra trip to immigration.

    If I recall correctly they charge 200 baht for taking the blood sample then a variable price per test result.

    I think it's equivalent of THB 500k for 3 months. Only from what I've read. (Edit: I just checked the embassy website and the amount is correct though no mention how long it should be there)

    I had very good experience with WellMed Bangkok Clinic, on Sukhumvit close to soi 25. Not for PSA but for a non standard cancer test. Great service, no doctor involved. Contact them and tell them what you need, I'm sure they'll sort you out.

    I had the same with Kasikorn. My new card was not registered with 'Verified by Visa'. Once that was done was no problem.

    What do you mean "it's not a card as such"? That is exactly what it is.

    The answer to this question is yes. Roads are ok. But to your second question I have no idea, and that sounds the more challenging part of your plan!

    It's my guess you are now not getting the Adult Dependency Increase which apparently ceased in 2020.

    You also get it with the email receipt but it's only as a record of what you've submitted, no need to do anything with it.
