Does anyone know whether the Sirius portable radios (Stratus, etc) work in Thailand?  We lived in Belize for many years and, according to the Sirius support, our radios should not have worked but we got better reception there than in the States! However, when we had to replace one we were accidentally sent an XM replacement and THAT did NOT work .... only regular Sirius.  We know we can listen online (via VPN if needed) but really like using one in our car and also prefer it coming through the stereo in the house. Anyone have experience with this and know what works? Thx!

 

Unfortunately you will have to point your antenna at your feet, through the earth to 'see' the satellites. No way you will get any signal through that ball of dirt.
