Man arrested over alleged Bt30m deception

By The Nation

Crime Suppression Division police arrested a man in Bangkok on Saturday for having allegedly deceived 30 people out of Bt30 million with unfulfilled promises of jobs in the civil service.

CSD officials arrested Weerachai Kalaphakdee, 41, at his house on Soi Lard Prao 102 in Bangkok’s Wang Thong Lang district.

Weerachai runs a private tutoringl school to train job seekers how to get prepared for employment in state enterprises and government agencies.

Police said he had told some 30 people that, in exchange for high fees, he could use connections to get them employed as immigration officers and Army sergeants.

Weerachai was arrested under an arrest warrant issued by a court in Kalasin, as most of his alleged victims live there. He was handed over to the Khammuang police station in Kalasin.

Ok. I am used to that I get payed for working. Not paying for the possibility to work. Especially unbelieveble that peole pay and think it´s ok for a private teacher to sell high positions in govenment places. Stupidity is growing fast. It´s not the dengue fever you should be aware of. Be careful so you don´t catch the stupidity. I just won´t be any cure for that one.
