In a good way:

 

I went t Chiang Rai to pay the annual registration on my car, I arrived at the office early as was keen to get a good spot in the queue as my wife was going to hospital directly after.  

 

We arrived at 7:45 am ( office does not officially open till 8:30 am) - too the registration book to an official who was meandering behind the main desk - low and behold within 5 minute all was paid and processed 40 minutes before opening - WELL DONE!

 

I would write to congratulate them but they may get in trouble for operating outside hours :)

Same here , I go the the branch Opposite the new bus station behind the Mercedes benz  old service building.Open weekends not weekdays. I get there at 8.15 and first in . opens from 8.30 to 12.30
