Hi. I need information about sending products and receiving payments.

I need to send some small merchandise by mail and I need to know what is the best system to receive the payment.

Its is Pay Pal secure?

How about COD? What is the necessary Post Office procedure and paperwork to register to send merchandise and to get paid using COD.

There is another system I can use?

I used EBay in the past and got scammed.
